Before you read this article, here is a video I recently recorded about 2012 and how people build businesses around it to make money. While a lot of people say that you can’t trust NASA or the government because they would certainly hide this 2012 stuff from us, I say there are a lot of people who want to spread this because they make money out of it. So, in the end, who do we trust? Watch it, I think that explains it all, but still, read the article and all the comments for more information.

What is 2012 about?

The year 2012 is referring to the last year of the Long Count Maya calendar. The current Great Cycle, as the Mayas call it, is set to end on the winter solstice of 2012: December 21 2012 and many people believe that on that date, the world will change and never be the same. Some predict terrible events resulting in the destruction of our world and some predict that it won’t necessarily end, but that we will enter a new era and massive changes will occur.

This article will try to answer most questions you may have in a rational way. because there are way too many websites creating some sort of fear propaganda around 2012 and as you will see, you have nothing to be scared of.

What will happen on December 21 2012?

Quick answer: Nobody knows, but probably not much.

There have been a lot going on regarding the 2012 prophecy recently, including the movie “I am legend”, but  surprisingly, not much information about what is really supposed to happen on that date is available. This is Probably because nobody knows and also because probably not much will happen. Most information available about 2012 is making reference to mass destruction of the world as we know it, earth’s pole shift/magnetic field reversal, Nostradamus predictions, end of Mayas calendar, etc.

The base of all the predictions is the end of the Maya calendar in 2012, which is supposed to mean the end of the world or a period of radical changes. In fact, the end of the Maya calendar is known as the end of the Great Cycle. People find it easy to believe in that theory because Maya civilization is known for advanced writing, mathematics and astronomy. It can seem like they really know what they’re talking about, but the truth is that the end of the Great Cycle is not the end of the world, it’s in fact a great celebration for the Mayas:

To render Dec. 21, 2012, as a doomsday or moment of cosmic shifting, she says, is “a complete fabrication and a chance for a lot of people to cash in.”

2012 conspiracy theory

I mentioned in the “What will happen” section that there’s a lack of scientific information coming from well respected sources like NASA. Some people claim there’s a conspiracy theory behind the prophecy to hide it from the public so it doesn’t create mass panic. Now, this does and doesn’t make sense. At first, it sounds like it could be true b ecause I totally agree the government could restrain publications from the NASA as it’s a governmental agency, but I find it weird that this kind of information wouldn’t “leak”.

Do you really think something as big as the end of the world wouldn’t leak from any agency? Keep the NASA apart, do you really think the scientific community would miss something as big as that? When there’s no scientific data about a subject, you really have to doubt.

You’ve probably read a lot of information on websites from people claiming they know more than they should know and that the government is hiding all this information from you. Government is hiding a lot of things from you, more than you probably imagine and they would probably try to hide the end of the world if it was going to happen. But, let’s picture this: The Mayas were there 1000 years before Christ which makes it about 3000 years from now. Do you think someone could hide the end of the world for 3000 years if it was really going to happen and was really that possible and scientific?

Pole shift/reversal, the only 2012 end of the world possibility

The only rational “2012 End of world” possibility is actually pole shifting. A Pole shift is a rare phenomenon and is characterized by the north and the south poles swapping places. Such reversals, recorded in the magnetism of ancient rocks, are unpredictable. They come at irregular intervals averaging about 300,000 years; the last one was 780,000 years ago.

Will I die on December 21 2012?

I can’t tell, the Mayas can’t, Nostradamus can’t and the aliens can’t. On December 21 2012, a comet won’t hit the earth, a pole shift won’t happen instantly and a massive gravity burst won’t happen either. The only thing you can fear is a pole shift and it can take up to 5,000 years to complete…

What if you’re wrong?

In the case that I am wrong, that every scientist on this planet is wrong and that the NASA can’t figure out a simple galactic alignment that would put our world to an end then I guess we are all in the same situation. You, me and everyone will die. Scary isn’t it? Well, no one can tell what will happen tomorrow or in 2012.

2012 End of the World

2012 has been a superstition to be the "End of the World" in many cultures around the world.  One of the major evidence to be found is from the writings of the Mayan culture.  The Mayans were brilliant artist of studying astrology and predicting events around the world.  For some reason their calendar ends in the year 2012 A.D. which has brought up many suspicions.  Are you ready for a major catastrophic event if it was to happen in your local area or to your family?  It is always better to be safe then sorry, and it is a good idea to know how to survive any catestrophic event if it were to happen. Could it be that there is some sort of catastrophic event to occur in the year 2012?  Or is this some sort of superstition similar to the Y2K controversy?  This is my article which will be updated and revised periodically for the sole purpose of letting society be aware of what could come or what is to come. 

I will pull out a number of evidence and facts I found to support my article.  I am in a neutral position of what could happen.  Because why would I want the world to end?  I would rather be prepared of what could possibly happen rather then deny what could happen.  This should not scare others but bring awareness of what man kind could fall into.

The "End of the World" is stated in the Bible, in Nostradamos's prophecies, and even in Mayan culture.  There are a number of websites dedicated for the "2012 End of the World" concept which has brought a lot of debate on the table.  SatansRapture is one website that offers a number of information about the predictions.  The site speaks of a large comet that could travel through our solar system causing catastrophic world changes.  Some call it Planet X and others call it Nibiru . Supposedly this comet is larger than Jupiter and if it ever passes through our solar system it could cause planet Earth to shift the world's polar axis which could cause severe weather conditions such as tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, and climate changes. But, that is not simply enough to convince any normal reader that this could be true. 

Well, if some website made by a proclaimed doomsday fan just brings skepticism then what about Nasa?  What can Nasa tell us about Nibiru?  Check this out, Nasa claims to have found another planet Nasa Site. 

However, a simple chance of a comet colliding with the Earth is still possible but also slim.  It has happened before and it’s more the possible to happen again.  Could mankind be ready for this?  Some engineers are developing nuclear warheads to use specifically on large objects that could collide with the Earth. 

But, let’s forget about the comet theory for a bit.  There are other hazardous things that could destroy life as we know it.  The issue of "Global Warming" should not be neglected and be taken very seriously.  However with natural "green" energy us humans could reverse global warming by installing natural energy into our own homes How to Build Solar Energy which is just one of many examples to control global warming.  With the whole "green house effect" and temperatures rising every year the world will witness weather changes that could be irreversible.  Would anyone believe that this could be the first time in human history where the North Pole will melt away completely by the end of summer?  Could this play a role in "2012 End of the World" theory or possibly later on?  I found an article about it located here if anyone is interested....North Pole gone by the end of summer.

So let’s say "Global Warming" never causes any catastrophic events and amazingly people like Al Gore helps contribute to reverse it and humans go about their daily lives like nothing happened.  We are forgetting other problems that could destroy us.  Political tensions and the wars in the <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = ST1 />Middle East play a big role in the survival of human kind. 

With the wars going on in the Middle East many believe it could get worse.  How long has the war with Iraq been going on for?  I remember just being a college student of the age of 20 years old when America first started bombing Iraq.  And that was years ago.  Sure, America has accomplished a lot in Iraq but there is a huge debate on what the main reason for the invasion to begin with.  From what I remember there was supposedly "weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq.  No weapons of mass destruction were found.  And Iraq did not play a role in 9/11 either.  But, I believe 9/11 triggered one of the reasons to invade Iraq as a purpose for "war against terrorism". 

Either way it’s too late to point fingers at this time.  There are issues in Afghanistan that need to be taken care of as well.  Many lives have been taken, and I hope it’s not in vain.  I wish someday that the world could be at peace and let everybody live their own lives equally in respect.  The major issue I would like to bring up is Nuclear Weaponry.  We have made threats or what others could call ultimatums against North Korea and Iran to cease any further nuclear weaponry.  Iran will not give up and simply laughs at America.  And honestly if we ever invaded Iran it would be more difficult then Iraq was.  North Korea however eventually cooperated with America and destroyed any Nuclear development.  Are you ready for a potential nuclear war or even another World War?

What would happen if two counties decided to bomb each other with Nuclear warheads?  The effects would be everlasting and could take many lives for years to come.  A nuclear explosion is equal if not stronger then the temperature of the Sun.  And the radiation a nuclear bomb puts off could affect surrounding areas for a very long time.  This results in cancer caused by radiation and many lives slowly fading away.  A large enough nuclear bomb could cause an artificial winter destroying plant life and animals that depend on this type of food source.  It's all a chain reaction that has nothing but negative effects. 

And what is up with the Economy people?!?!  Seriously, America and most of the world is in an economic mess that is going to take quite some time to get out of.  How does this happen to begin with?  Who is to blame?  How do we get out of it?  Many people would speculate that Ex. President Bush got America into economic depression but really can you put all the blame on just one person?  I think not!  People are using too much resources and everything is becoming more expensive each day.  We are spending too much in the West while the East is saving up so that puts an imbalance on the economy?  The reality is, America is borrowing money from other countries like China and soon enough the American dollar will lose its value further.  I can't even begin to talk about what else is going on but if you want to ride the economic tsunami and survive this depression please visit Economic Survival Guide. 

So, as much as I love this life and enjoy the planet we lay upon there plays a lot of risk living here.  Some of the risk we can't prevent and others we can prevent.  To reduce the risk is an easier living then what could be.  Whatever happens in 2012 I hope it’s not the "End of the World"  The world is a beautiful place and we should treat it as a gift that could not be replaced.  I hope that everyone realizes the reality of our situation as today is here and tomorrow is never guaranteed. ?? Planet X and Nibiru ??

Planet X and Nibiru, which are separate frauds, do not exist. X was supposed to be here in 2003. It's a bit late. Any other planet like Nibiru that was supposed to be here in 2012 would be visible with binoculars by now. Don't believe cr@p about it only being visible from the southern hemisphere, some of the biggest telescopes in the world are in South Africa, Australia and Chile.

Nibiru was invented by a fraud called Zecharia Sitchin 20 - 30 years ago. He lied about being able to translate Babylonian writing, he lied about some planet with a 3600 year orbit being inhabited by aliens who bred humans from themselves and apes and made them mine gold. The Babylonian "Nibiru" was the planet we now call Jupiter.

The Mayan calendar does not end. They had two calendars and a count of days from a date in their mythical past, about 3114BC. One calendar of 260 days for religious purposes, a second of 365 days for practical purposes and the count of days. Their complex system of counting cannot handle large numbers easily so when the numbers got much above around 1.8 million (by our system) they found it more convenient to start again. Some inscriptions mention later dates, so it looks as if they expected nothing much to happen.

In any case prediction based on this by Mayans or anyone else are superstition. The prediction was invented by typical woo-woos just a few years ago.

Every shred of "evidence" brought forward to support disaster or some significant change in late December 2012 is fraud. There will be no planetary alignments, the Sun, Earth and galactic centre will not align (even if these alignments happened there would be no effect).

Prophecies based on Nostradamus or Revelation have never been fulfilled in the past,. no matter what the lunatic fringe Christians say. The "Bible Codes" predicted nuclear war for 1997 but were shown to be fraud a dozen years ago.

Everything about this is lies, superstition, delusion and practical jokes, mostly for the purpose of selling faked up books, videos and cheap documentaries to the Fox network who will transmit anything so long as it is focus and does not defame anyone who is likely to sue.

Bolden Head To China-Joint Space Talks...

NASA Administrator Charlie Bolden have an introductory talks with china for potential space partnerships and first-time visits to Chinese humanspaceflight facilities.

Both Obama and Bolden leaders issued a joint communique calling for talks on cooperation in human spaceflight.

Michel cabbage words was that that Bolden's itinerary was not finalized. Seven NASA officials will accompany Bolden on the five-day trip.


Wolf is staunchly opposed to U.S. cooperation with China, highlighting that country's record of espionage and human rights abuses.

Planning or coordination has been approved by the Congress"."In fact, several recent NASA authorization bills have explicitly sought to place strict limitations on coordination with China."

Space powers like Russia and Europe are gradually warming up to including China in more bilateral cooperation, but leaders have made little progress on the thorny issue of Chinese participation on the International Space Station.


Both Obama and Bolden leaders issued a joint communique calling for talks on cooperation in human spaceflight.

NASA quickly issued a statement on the matter, saying U.S. officials checked with Russian leaders and confirmed there was never a formal invitation offered to China.

The administrator plans discussions with officials from several Chinese agencies, including the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, the China Manned Space Engineering Office, the China National Space Administration, the China Academy of
Spaceflight Technology, and the China Academy of Science.

A delegation of Chinese representatives plans to travel to the United States as soon as November,

The specific agenda for a Chinese visit to the United States will depend on the access and transparency NASA officials are granted in China.

Wolf outlined his concerns about the release of "non-public" information to China. Bolden assured Wolf there would be so such release of sensitive data.
